PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A TAPE DISPENSER Jean Otis Reineeke, Chicago, 111., assignor to Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Company, St. Paul, Minn, a corporation of Delaware Application November 24, 1939, Serial No. 88,451

Be it known that 1, Jean Otis Reinecke, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, nave invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tape Dispenser, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the ac-- companying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. l is a top plan View of a tape dispenser, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof; F'ig. 3, a front elevation; and

Fig". 4, a rear elevation. I claim: The ornamental design for a tape dispenser, as shown.
