PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MUSIO STAND Harry J. Waechter, Mount Healthy, Ohio, as-

signor to Paul Benninghofen and Fritz G. Diesbach, trustees, Hamilton, Ohio Application September 5, 1939, Serial No. 87,041

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that I, Harry J. Waechter, a citizen of the United States, residing at Mount Healthy, in the county of Hamilton and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Music Stand, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a music stand showing my new design.

Figure 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of the support, showing a clamp positioned thereon.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the triangular configuration of the support member in combination with clamp members, substantially as shown.

The ornamental design for a music stand, substantially as shown and described.
