PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN EGG CARTON William J. De Reamer, Crown Point, Ind., assignor to Manes Consolidated Manufacturing Company, Griffith, Ind., a corporation of Delaware Application July 12, 1940, Serial No. 93,595
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, William J. De Reamer, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Crown Point, county of Lake, and State of Indiana, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for an Egg Carton, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein Fig. 1 is a view in end elevation of an egg carton, in the closed condition, showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a plan View of the carton when in its open condition;
Figs. 3 and 4 are transverse vertical sectional views through parts of the cartons as taken on the lines 3-3 and 4-4 respectively of Fig. 2; and
Fig. 5 is a fragmentary detail vertical sectional view through a part of the carton as taken on the line 5-5 of Fig. 2.
