Be it known that I, Carl W. Bettcher, a citizen of the United States, residing at New Haven, in the county of New Haven and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Magnifying and Illuminating Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,
Figure 1 is a perspective view of the combined magnifying and illuminating device showing my new design.
Figure 2 is a side elevational View of the device.
