PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE SOLE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Hardy Forrest Barber, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of New York Borough of Manhattan), county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe Sole or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which- Fig. 1 is a bottom plan view of a shoe sole cut from sheet material showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same.
Term of patent 14 years Fig. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view, taken on the line 33 of Fig. 1.
While I have shown my design as applied to a shoe sole, it is to be understood that the same may be applied to mats, tires, and like articles without departing from the spirit of the invention.
The ornamental design for a shoe sole or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
