DESIGN FOR A PENCIL-STAMP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 12,787, dated. February 21, 1882. Application filed January 10, 1882. Term ofpatent 3* years.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, ARTHUR, H. ROGERS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Springfield, in the county of Hampden and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Pencil-Stamp, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is an inverted View of my newly designed pencil-stamp. Fig. 2 is a viewof'the cover for said stamp. Fig. 3 is asimilar View to Fig.1, but showing the face side of said stamp. Fig. 4 is, like Fig. 2, a View of the stamp-cover, but showing the top side thereof.
The leading features of my design consist in making the stamp case b with a border of 0ctangular form, and in making that end of the pencil-tnbe a which is attached to the back of the stamp-case b of a trumpet-mouth shape. 20 The stamp-cover c is made of a like ovmngnlar form to said stamp-ease b.
I claim- The design for a peneiistznnp ln rein shown and described, the same consisting of a stampcase, I), having a holder of oelangnlar form, and of the pencil-tulle a, having the end there of which is joined to the bark of said vase of trumpet-mouth shape.
