Be it known that I, Melvin Talmage Oakes, a citizen of the United States, residing at Greensboro, in the county of Guilford and State of North Carolina, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Educational Lapboard, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top perspective view of an educational lapboard, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a plan view of the left half thereof; and

Fig. 2A is a plan View of the right half thereof.
