PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COMBINED DOG COLLAR AEND TIE Morris Oppenhaim, New York, N. Y. 0 Application March 29, 1940, Serial No. 91,339

Term of patent 7 years sides in the combination on a dog collar of the specific design disclosed including a relatively small four-in-hand tie, the upper portion of the knot of which is concealed by an overlapping bruckle strap, and the lower portion thereof being exposed between V-shaped tabs, all as shown.
