Be it known that we, Leo Soukup and Richard V. Westover, citizens of the United States, residing in Lincoln, in the county of Lancaster and State of Nebraska, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necktie Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a necktie holder, showing our new design; and Figure 2 is a top plan view thereof. We claim: The ornamental design for a necktie holder, as shown.
