DESIGN FOR A MULTIPLE ENVELOPE OR SIMILAR PACKAGE Leroy L. Salfisberg, South Orange, N. J., assignor to Ivers-Lee Company, Newark, N. J a corporation of Delaware Application February 4, 1942, Serial No. 105,626

Term of patent 14 year To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Leroy L. Salfisberg, a citizen of the United States and a resident of South Orange, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Multiple Envelope or Similar Package, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a multiple envelope or similar package showing my new design.

Figure 2 is an elevational view of one edge of the multiple envelope or similar package shown in Figure 1.

Figure 3 is a fragmentary front elevational view on an enlarged scale of a portion of the multiple envelope or similar package along the line 33 of Figure 1.

Figure 4 is a fragmentary vertical longitudinal sectional view on the line 4-4 of Figure 3, and.

Figure 5 is a transverse sectional view on the line 55 of Figure 3.

The dominant features of my design reside in a multiple envelope of the configuration disclosed having compartments of the specific contour shown defined by crimped areas comprising rows of alternate substantially square projections and substantially concavely curved surfaces of octagonal outline alternating with rows of substantially square indentations and substantially convexly curved surfaces of octagonal outline forming borders disposed in the specific manner illustrated.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a multiple envelope or similar package, as shown and described.

LEROY L. SALFISBERG.
