Figures 3 and 4 are end views. The body, through which portions of a continuous key-holding chain slide, is formed, of
transparent or semi-transparent material and is recessed to receive an identification card insertible through the long opening in one end of the body. The opposite sides of the body are the same in appearance.
The ornamental design for a combined key holder and identification device, as shown and described.
