UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN EYESHIELD OR SIIVIILAR ARTICLE Charles A. Baratelli, Cambridge, Mass, assignor to Polaroid Corporation, Cambridge, Mass., a corporation of Delaware Application January 27, 1945, Serial No. 117,642

Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D57-1) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Charles A. Baratelli, a citizen of the United States, residing at Cambridge, in the county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Eyeshield or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a. front elevational view of an eyeshield or similar article showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view thereof, taken substantially along the line 33 in Fig. 1.

The essential features oimy design reside in the parts shown in full lines, and the temples have been shown fragmentarily in Figs. 2 and 3 for convenience of illustration.

The ornamental design for an eyeshield or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
