DESIGN FOR A PERFUME CONTAINING ORNAMENT OR THE LIKE John Rubel, New York, N. Y.

Application December 11, 1944, Serial No. 116,853 Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, John Rubel, a citizen of the Republic of France, who has declared his intentions of becoming a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county of New 'York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Perfume Containing Ornament or the Like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a perfume containing ornament or the like showing my design.

(Cl. D45-1) Fig. 2 illustrates the perfume container portion of the perfume containing ornament or the like shown in Fig. 1, separated from its button up arrangement, and with the dipper in raised position, and

Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the perfume container portion shown in Fig. 2.

The characteristic features of the design are shown by means of full lines in the drawing.
