STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN INSTRUMENT CASE Robert Holley, Penfield Downs, Pa., assignor to Radio Corporation of America, a corporation of 5 Delaware Application May 5, 1945, Serial No. 119,413

Term of patent 7 years (Cl. D52-2) To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that 1, Robert Holley, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Penfield Downs, in the county of Delaware and the State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Instrument Case, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevational View, Figure 2 is a side elevational view, and Figure 3 is a top plan view of an instrument case embodying my new design.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the portions shown by means of full lines in the drawing.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an instrument case, substantially as shown and described.
