UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A PHONGRAPH CABINET Paul M. Fuller, Buffalo, N. Y., assgnor to The Rudolph Wurlitzer Company, Chicago, Ill., a

corporation Application February 21, 1946, Serial No. 126,820

Term of patent 7 years (Cl. E56-4) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Paul M. Fuller, a citizen of the United States, residing at Buffalo, in the county of Erie and State of Indiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Phonograph Cabinet, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing, Fig. 1 is a perspective View of a phonograph cabinet, showing my new design; and Fig. 2 is a side elevational View thereof, the other side being the same.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a phonograph cabinet, as Shown and described.


Certificate of Correction Design No. 146,175. January 7, 1947.

PAUL M. FULLER It is hereby certified that error appears in the above numbered patent requiring correction as follows: In the specification, rst column, lines 3 and 4, address of inventor, for Buffa1o, in the county of Erie and State of Indiana read Bajalo, in the county of Erie and State of New York; and that the said Letters Patent should be read with this correction therein that the same may conform to the record of the case in the Patent Ooe.
