UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR AN EDUCATIONAL DEVICE TO TEACH CHILDREN TO READ A CLOCK To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, James A. Webb, a citizen of the United States, residing in Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Educational Device to Teach Children to Read a Clock, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanylng drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of an educational device to teach children to read a clock, showing my new design; and Fig. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary cross section taken substantially on the line 22 of Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an educational device to teach children to read a clock, substantially as shown.
