DESIGN FOR A PORTABLE ADJUSTABLE LAMLP OR SIIVIILAR ARTICLE Walter Fanelli, South Euclid, Ohio, assignor to Faries Manufacturing Company, Decatur, Ill., a corporation of Illinois Application May 17, 1946, Serial No. 129,775

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Walter Fanelli, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the village of South Euclid, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Portable Adjustable Lamp or Similar Article, of which the following is a, specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

On the drawing:

Figure 1 is a side elevational view of the portable adjustable lamp, or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a rear elevational view;

Figure 3 is a top plan view thereof;

Figure 4 is a perspective View of the clamp member; and

Figure 5 is a view of the underneath portion of the shade member.

I claim: The ornamental design for a portable adjustable lamp or similar article, as shown.
