UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SHOE SOLE Harry Laybolt, Brockton, Mass.

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Harry Layboit, a citizen oi the United States, residing at Brockton, in the county of Plymouth and. Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a. new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe Sole, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing Fig 1 is a bottom plan view of a shoe sole;

Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional View on line 2-2 of Fig. 1; and

Fi 3 is a cross-sectional view on line 3-3 of Fig. 1, showing my new design.

The essential feature of my design resides in the tread surface, as shown.

I claim: The ornamental design for a shoe sole, as shown and described.
