Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D741) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Walter Dorwin Teague, a citizen of the United States, residing at Annandaie, county of Hunterdon, and State of New Jersey, and Robert J. Harper, a citizenof the United States, residing at Scarsdale, county of Westchester, state of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fountain Pen or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational View of a fountain pen, showing our new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view corresponding to Fig. 1; and,

Fig. 3 is a top plan view corresponding to Fig. 1.

The dominant features of our design reside in the parts shown in full lines.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a fountain pen or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
