UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BOOTEE Philip F. Eberle and Louis E. Sans, San Francisco, Calif.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Philip F. Eberle and Louis E. Sans, citizens of the United States, residing in the city and county of San Francisco, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Bootee, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a, part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a bootee, showing our new design.

Fig. 2 is a side view of the same.

Fig. 3 is a rear view of the same.

Fig. 4 is a front view of the same.
