UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR SHEARS Henry C. Wheeler, Fairfield, Conn., assignor to The Acme Shear Company, Bridgeport, Conn., a corporation of Connecticut To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Henry C. Wheeler, a citizen of the United States, residing at Fairfield, in the county of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shears, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawings:

Fig. 1 is a front elevation of the shears, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a top plan view.

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view.

Fig. 4 is a rear elevation.

The characteristic features of my design are shown in full lines in the drawings.

I claim: The ornamental design for shears, substantially as shown and described.
