DESIGN FOR A CUP Allen T. Macaulay, Perry, Okla, assignor to Tamac, Inc., Perry, Okla., a corporation of Oklahoma Application June 10, 1947, Serial No. 139,560

Term of patent 3 years (Cl. D M-9) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Allen '1. Macaulay, a citizen of the United States, residing at Perry, county of Noble, State of Oklahoma, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cup, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawings:

Figure 1 is a top perspective View of a cup showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view of the same; and

Figure 3 is a vertical section on line 3--3 through the cup on a reduced scale.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a cup, as shown.
