UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A MOCCASIN TYPE SHOE William M. Page, Marblehead, Mass.

Application December 10, 1948, Serial No. 150,092

Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D77) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William M. Page, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Marblehead, in the county of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Moccasin Type Shoe, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a view in perspective of a moccasin type shoe, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is a rear end View of the shoe.

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary view in perspective of the forepart of the shoe.

My design for a moccasin type shoe is characterized by a'fiap turned up from the bottom of the shoe over the lower portion of its rear end and crossed lacings extending over the upper edge of the flap. In the figures of the drawings the forepart of the shoe is represented as lined with fleece.

I claim: The ornamental design for a moccasin type shoe, substantially as shown and described.
