PHARMACEUTICAL CONTAINER Elsa Zumpe, Saratoga Springs, N. Y., assignor to The G. F. Harvey Company, Saratoga Springs, N. Y., a corporation of New York Application July 17, 1948, Serial No. 147,638

Term of patent 14 years (Cl. B16-2) To all whom it may concern.'

Be it known that I, Elsa Zumpe, a citizen of the United States of America, and resident of the city of Saratoga Springs, county of Saratoga, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for ya Pharmaceutical Container, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. l is a top plan View of a pharmaceutical container, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a bottom View of the same;

Fig. 3 is a front view of the same;

Fig. 4 is 'a view looking at the under side of the cover member of the container;

Fig. 5 is a top plan view of the bottom or base member of the container, the cover having been removed, and Fig. 6 is a side elevation of the container.

I claim: The ornamental design for a pharmaceutical container, substantially as shown.
