corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Herbert N. Hagel, a citizen of the United States, residing at Forest Hills, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein-- Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a ball pen, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view; and

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof with the top removed.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ball pen, substantlally as shown and described.
