SHOE SOLE Richard K. Baltzer, Pembroke, Mass, assignor to Avon Sole Company, Avon, Mass., a corporation of Massachusetts Application April 4, 1950, Serial No. 8,973
Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, Richard K. Baltzer, a citizen of the United States, residing at Pembroke, in the county of Plymouth and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Soles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the-accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, wherein:
Fig. 1 is a side elevational View of a shoe sole;
Fig. 2 is a bottom plan view; and
Figs. 3 and 4 are, respectively, cross-sectional views thereof taken along the lines 3-3 and 4-4 of Fig. 2, showing my new design.
I claim: The ornamental design for a shoe sole, substantially as shown.
