UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE COMBINED PEN AND TIE CLASP Robert L. Stern, New York, N. Y., assignor to L. & H. Stern, 1110., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern: Be it known that I, Robert L. Stern, a citizen of the United States and a resident of the city of New ,York, county of Kings, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Pen and Tie Clasp, ofwhich the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined pen and tie clasp, showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the same; Fig. 3 is a view of one end of the same, showing the cap removed, and Fig. 4 is a top plan view of the Same.
I claim: The ornamental design for a combined pen and tie clasp, substantially as shown.
