Be it known that I, Jack L. Robins, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Newspaper and Pamphlet Dispenser for Streetcars and Busses, of which the followin is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a top perspective view of a newspaper and pamphlet dispenser for streetcars and busses showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an end elevation thereof;

Fig. 3 is a front elevation thereof;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof as indicated by the arrow 4 of Fig. 3; and

Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof as indicated by the arrow 5 of Fig. 3.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a newspaper and pamphlet dispenser for streetcars and busses, as shown.
