Be it known that I, Howard L. Moore, a citizen of the United States, residing at Cochranton, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Key Holder and Identification Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
Figure l is a plan view of the combined key holder and identification device, showing my new design;
Figure 2 is a view in side elevation;
Figure 3 is a view taken from one end; and
Figure 4 is a view taken from the opposite end.
The ornamental design for a combined key holder and identification device, as shown.
