UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE MUSICAL TOY Samuel V. Lippman, Hartford, Conn.

Application December'13, 1949, Serial No. 6,587

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

' Be it known that I, Samuel V. Lippman, a citizen of the United States, residing at Hartford, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented a new, original, and. ornamental Design for a Musical Toy, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a musical toy, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is another perspective view thereof as it appears when viewed from the side opposite that shown in Figure 1;

Figure 3 is a side elevational view, and

Figure 4 is an edge elevational view of the same as it appears when the complemental elements are fitted together.

I claim: The ornamental design for a musical toy, as Shown.
