Be it known that I, Bernard Youngworth, a citizen of the United States, residing at Baltimore city, State of Maryland, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fence Post Top Ornament, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.

Figure 1 is a front view of a fence post top ornament, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevation of Figure 1;

Figure 3 is a plan view of Figure 1.

The ornamental design for a fence post top ornament, as shown.
