UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE TUMBLER OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Willard R. Horne, New York, N. Y., assignor to Corning Glass Works, Corning, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Willard R. Horne, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tumbler or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

The sole figure is a side elevational view of a tumbler or similar article showing my new de sign. The decorative pattern is continued completely around the article.

The dominant feature of the design resides in the ornamentation on the tumbler as shown.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a tumbler or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
