UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE MOLDED SHOE SOLE Bernard H. Capen, Andover, Mass., assignor to Tyer Rubber Company, Andover, Mass., a corporation of Massachusetts To all whom it may concern:
Be it known, that I, Bernard H. Capen, a citizen of the United States, residing in Andover, county of Essex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have inventioned a new, original, and ornamental Design for Molded Shoe Sole, of which the :following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.
In the drawings, showing my new design, Fig. 1 is a bottom plan. View of a molded shoe sole; Fig. 2 is a view in side elevation, and Fig. 3 is a longitudinal sectional View taken on line 3 3 of Fig. 1.
The ornamental design for a molded shoe sole, substantially as shown.
