UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESK MICROPHONE FORy DICTATING MACHINES Alexis V. Lapteif, Jackson Heights, N. Y., assigner to Dictaphone Corporation, Bridgeport, Conn., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Alexis V. Lapteff, a citizen of the United States, residing in Jackson Heights, in the county of Queens and the State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Desk Microphone for Dictating Machines, of which the following is the specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a desk microphone for dictating machines, looking toward the right-hand front corner, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is an elevation of the right-hand side thereof;

Figure 3 is a top plan View thereof;

Figure 4 is a front elevation thereof; and

Figure 5 is a rear elevation thereof.

An elevation of the left-hand side of the desk microphone for dictating machines shown in Figure 1 appears the same as the elevation shown in Figure 2,

The bottom of the desk microphone for dictating machines shown in Figure 1 is plain,

Iclaim:

The ornamental design for a, desk microphone for dictating machines, substantially as shown and described.
