Be it known that we, Norman J. Mercer, residing in the county of New York, city and. State of New York, and Henry W. Zadikoff, residing at New York, county of New York, and State of New York, both citizens of the United States, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cutlery Container or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part hereof and in which:

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a cutlery container or the like showing our new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view.

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view.

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view.

Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view.

We claim: The ornamental design for a cutlery container or the like, substantially as shown.
