UNITED STATES' PATENT OFFICE PORTABLE POWER-OPERATED SANDING MACHINE Arthur N. Emmons, Nedrow, N. Y., assignor to Porter-Cable Machine Company, Syracuse, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Arthur N. Emmons, a citizen of the United States, residing at Nedrow, county of Onondaga, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Portable Power-Operated Sanding machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a portable power operated sanding machine, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view, while;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the other side thereof.

Fig. 4 is an end elevational iew looking to the right, Fig. 1.
