Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Frank Sparr, a citizen of the United States, residing a 247-38 88th Drive, Bellerose 6, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Battery Tester, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a battery tester showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view seen from the left of Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view seen from the right of Fig. 1;

Fig. 4 is a top plan View of the battery tester of Fig. 1;

Fig. 5 is a bottom plan view of the battery tester of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 6 is a rear elevational view of the battery tester of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a battery tester, substantially as shown.
