Term of patent 7 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Ralph L. Beyerstedt, a citizen of the United States, residing at Libertyville, Lake County, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Earth Moving Vehicle of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of an earth moving vehicle, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a similar View of that shown in Fig. 1, only slightly in perspective showing a portion of the device in an elevated position;

Fig. 3 is-a front perspective view of the earth moving vehicle shown in the same position as that of Fig. 1;

Fig. 4 is a rear perspective view of the device with a portion of it shown in elevated position.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions illustrated in solid lines.

I claim: The ornamental design for an earth moving vehicle, as shown and described.
