PATENT OFFICE STAPLING HAMBIER OR THE LIKE William R. Beckman, Chicago, and Charles E. Crooks, Evanston, Ill., assignors to Spotnails, Inc., Evanston, 11]., a corporation of Illinois To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, William R. Beckman and Charles E. Crooks, both citizens of the United States and residents of the city of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, and of the city of Evanston, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have jointly invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Stapling Hammer or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

On the drawing:

Figure l is a side elevational view of a stapling hammer or the like, showing our new design, the opposite side presenting substantially the same appearance as the side shown, except that the enlarged portion between the handle and the head of the hammer is plain;

Figure 2 is a top plan view thereof; and

Figure 3 is a front end view thereof. We claim: The ornamental design for a stapling hammer or the like, substantially as shown and described.
