Be it known, that I, Guy G. Rothenstein, a citizen of the United States, residing at Jamaica, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Lavatory and Cabinet Unit, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.
Figure 1 of the drawing is a perspective front View of the design; and
Figure 2 is a top plan View of the unit shovm in Figure 1.
The back surface of the rear Wall is plain.
The ornamental design for a lavatory and cabinet unit, as shown and described.
