OFFICE NECKTIE HOLDING RACK OR SIMILAR ARTICLE To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, William H. Black, a citizen of the United States, residing at Wellesley, in the county of Norfolk, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necktie Holding Rack or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:
Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a necktie holding rack or similar article embodying my new design;
Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;
Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and
Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the same.
The ornamental design for a necktie holding rack or similar article, substantially as shown. WILLIAM H. BLACK.
