UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE GLASS TUMBLER 0R ARTICLE OF SIMILAR NATURE Raymond W. Kell, Columbus, Ohio, assignor to The Federal Glass Company, Columbus, Ohio To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Raymond W. Kell, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of Columbus, in the county of Franklin and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Glass Tumbler or Article of Similar Nature, of which the following is the specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.
Figure l is a perspective view of a glass tumbler or article of similar nature, showing my new design.
Figure 2 is a vertical sectional view thereof; and
Figure 3 is a top plan view.
I claim: The ornamental design for a glass tumbler or article of similar nature, substantially as shown.
