UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE SHOE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Preston E. Hiestand, Princeton, Wis., assignor to The Handcraft Company, Inc., Princeton, Wis., a corporation of Wisconsin To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Preston E. Hiestand, a citizen of the United States, residing at Princeton, Green Lake County, State of Wisconsin, have in" vented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, and wherein:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe or similar article showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; an-zl Fig. 3 is a plan view of the same.

My design for a shoe of the type shown is ehare acterized by the substantially wide margin between the sides of the shoe upper and the side edges of the sole, and. by the stitching at the margin being in substantially the same plane as the top of the sole.

I claim: ihe ornamental design for a shoe or similar article, as shown and described.
