Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Fred Ferber, a citizen of the United States, residing at Nahwah, county of Bergen, State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Point Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a ball point pen showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan thereof as shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof as shown in Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a ball point pen, as shown.
