UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE BALL-POINT PEN Charles K. Lovejoy, Atlanta, Ga., assignor to Scripto, Inc., Atlanta, Ga., a corporation of Georgia To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Charles K. Lovejoy, a citizen of the United States, residing at Atlanta, in the county of Fulton, and State of Georgia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Ball Point Pen, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a side elevation of a ball point pen embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevation thereof as it appears with the ball point in retracted position, and

Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary detail, partly in section, of the writing end portion of the ball point pen as shown in Fig. 2.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a ball point pen, as shown and described.
