' To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, James E. Jones, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Chair Seat and Back Assembly, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a chair seat and back assembly, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side view of the chair seat and back assembly;

Figure 3 is a rear view of the chair seat and back assembly; and

Figure 4 is a front view of the chair seat and back assembly.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a chair seat and back assembly, as shown.
