Be it known that I, Morris Cornick. a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original and ornamental Design for a Tag Dispensing Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a tag dispensing device embodying my new design.
Fig. 2 is a top plan view of the same.
Fig. 3 is a front elevational view of the same.
Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken generally along the line 4-4 of Fig. 2 and in the direction indicated by the arrows.
I claim: The ornamental design for a tag dispensing device, as shown.
