Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Harold R. Bennett, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Newton, in the county of Harvey and State of Kansas, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Game Apparatus, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the game apparatus, showing my design,

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof,

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view thereof,

Fig. 4 is a sectional view taken on line IVIV of Fig. 1, and

Fig. 5 is a fragmentary sectional view taken on line V-V of Fig. 1.

The drawing is lined to represent contrasting colors. Portions of the drawing figures are lined to indicate transparency, and a portion of Fig. 1 is broken away to show the cubical gamepieces inside of the transparent drum.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a game apparatus, as shown and described.
