DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE.

To all whom it may concern.-
'Be it known that I, FRANK M. STERRET'T, a citizen of the United States, residing at St. Louis, in the State of Missouri, haveinvented and produced a new and original Design for a Bottle; and I do declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying d rawings, forming a part thereof, in which* Figure l represents a perspective View of my newly-designed bottle. Fig. 2 represents a front elevation thereof. Fig. 3 represents a bottom plan view; Fig. 4, a transverse section on the line 4 4 of Fig. 2.
The body l of the bottle, viewed from either the front or rear thereof, is of squareoutline. The central portion or face of each side, end,
and the bottoni is of depressed and inwardly-- curved contour, as represented at 2. 3 represents a continuous scallop or outwardly-curved swell orbead, forming the edges of the bottle and surrounding all four sides and the bottom of the body of the bottle in unbroken continuity. The contour of the top or shoulder 4 is in the form of a gradual outward and upward curve or swell or arch, as shown at 5, to about the center thereof, from whence it curves upward and connects with the upwardly-tapering neck 6.
The design-for a bottle herein shown and described, the saine consisting of a squareshaped body portion having recessed and inwardly-curved front, rear, and side faces and bottom, an outwardly-curved scallop, bead, or swell surrounding the bottoni and all four sides in unbroken continuity, an upwardly-curved or arch-shapedv top or shoulder, and an upwardly-tapering neck.
