PAGE 2 Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the left side, top and front of a video phase meter cabinet or similar article incorporating my new design;
Figure 2 is a front view of the cabinet;
Figure 3 is the right end view, the left end is a mirror image thereof;
Figure 4 is a top plan view thereof. The bottom not shown is identical; and
Figure 5 is a rear view of the cabinet.
The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.
The ornamental design for a video phase meter cabinet or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
